Private transfers from or to the airport of Martinique Lamentin (without assistance). 

One-way transfer rate per person, valid for the mentioned hotel areas and/or hotels. For any transfer with more than 3 passengers, please contact us at: [email protected]. 

Transfer of disabled person

Vehicles set up byCoeur des Iles for transfers are usually not adapted to carry disabled persons. This specificity should be clearly specified upon booking, and will result to a special quote from Coeur des Iles. Based on information provided by the Tour Operator about the level of disability, the level of autonomy of the person and the specific chair used,  Coeur des Iles will set up accordingly a private regular transfer (at net rates stated in § 1.2) or a transfer in an adapted vehicle on the basis of a specific net rate

Luggage

Luggage transportation is included in our rates of transfers under the same conditions applied by airlines (size / weight and limited number of pieces of luggage per person). Any non-standard luggage, number, size or weight, may be charged on an additional cost directly to the passenger prior transportation. The Tour Operator, if aware, will have to inform  in advance about any unusual luggage.

ORGANIZER’S LIABILITY

The organizer is entitled to cancel any planned activity or tour if the requested number of participants is not reached or if any circumstance outside control might endanger or stop the appropriate continuity, such as weather, transport, breakdown, strike etc. The amount paid will then be fully reimbursed, excluding any claim for compensation.

PARTICIPANT’S LIABILITY

Cancellation by the participant entails cancellation fees, the amount of which depends on the type of excursion and the moment when cancellation occurs.

CANCELLATION

·       More than 24 hours before departure : 50% of the total price will be retained.

·       Less than 24 hours before departure : 100% of the total price will be retained.
