DESCRIPTION


The circuit begins with the village of Lamentin in the heart of the Gardens of Belfort, an ecotourism site rich in agricultural land.


On board the famous Petit-Train de la Plantation and in a detailed commentary, you will discover the banana culture of Martinique and its mode of production.


The coach takes the northeast route to the village of Trinité for a stop near the Galion Factory, the only production unit on the island transforming the sucrose contained in sugar cane into crystallized sugar . The plant also produces the "Grand Arome Galion", a rum highly prized by the food industries for its aromatic power.


The rest of the route leads to the small village of Tartane located on the Caravelle Peninsula, the oldest land in Martinique. You will visit the famous Château Dubuc built in 1725, and formerly known for its smuggling of slaves, weapons, powder, and ammunition ... The site was classified in March 1992.


Then, you will visit the Brûlerie de Tartane, an artisanal coffee roasting company, which offers a wide range of coffees roasted on site and according to pure industry standards.


A Creole aperitif and lunch are served in the restaurant.

Sea bathing becomes an opportunity to unwind and relax.

The route ends by following the coastal landscapes of the Atlantic side.


5.30 p.m. - Return to the hotel.

ORGANIZER’S LIABILITY

The organizer is entitled to cancel any planned activity or tour if the requested number of participants is not reached or if any circumstance outside control might endanger or stop the appropriate continuity, such as weather, transport, breakdown, strike etc. The amount paid will then be fully reimbursed, excluding any claim for compensation.

 

PARTICIPANT’S LIABILITY

Cancellation by the participant entails cancellation fees, the amount of which depends on the type of excursion and the moment when cancellation occurs.

·       More than 24 hours before departure : 50% of the total price will be retained.

·       Less than 24 hours before departure : 100% of the total price will be retained.
