Basse-Terre North Discovery

DESCRIPTION

Immerse yourself in the paradise of nature enthusiasts and explore Basse-Terre, home to the Guadeloupe National Park, classified by UNESCO as a world network of Biosphere reserves.

Direction the crossing road, enter the lush tropical forest for a short 5 minute walk to admire the Crayfish waterfall.

Continue to Malendure beach from where you embark on a panoramic underwater vision boat, which allows you to marvel at the seabed of the reserve known as "Commandant Cousteau". Enjoy being comfortably installed under 1.50m of water, in a fully glazed and air-conditioned shell to see anemones, corals, damselflies, surgeons, etc.

Equip yourself with fins, masks and snorkels for an active swim among multicolored fish.

At the end of this walk you will be served a refreshment.

Sit in a Creole restaurant and enjoy a delicious local meal.

Direction the Botanical Garden, in the town of Deshaies. Landscape and animal park of exceptional beauty, built on 5 hectares as part of the magnificent property that belonged to Coluche. Discover all the richness of the flora of the Antilles (wall of plant water, orchids, cacti, water lilies, epiphytic plants, rare plants embellished with waterfalls, torrents)

Return to the hotel at the end of the day while following the typical north coast of Basse-Terre.
