DESCRIPTION
Visit the most beautiful volcano in the Lesser Antilles.
Hike with a medium mountain guide to the summit of La Soufrière. About 4h30 of walking, 500 meters of elevation.
In the program:
Departure from the hotels, small stop at the Kassaverie (for the purchase of cassava pancakes and at the bakery for the sandwich)
At 9:00 am, distribution of mineral water bottles and ponchos.
Departing from the yellow baths with your guide. Listen to the explanations concerning the flora, fauna, volcanic activity ...
11:00 am, access to the summit via the ladies 'path or the scientists' trail, you will discover a lunar landscape.
12:30 p.m. sandwich break
2:30 p.m., return to the yellow baths, enjoy a swim in its sulfur pools and a planter to congratulate you!
Then back to the mainland
Return to the hotel planned for 4.30 p.m.
USEFUL INFORMATION
Included: Vehicle + guide + dried fruit or kassaves, and mineral water during the hike
Duration: The day
Appointment: 6:00 a.m. - 7:30 a.m. from the hotels
To envisage: Hiking shoes, raincoat/windbreaker, meal, backpack, cap, sunglasses, water bottle (as well as a swimsuit, towel and spare clothes that you will leave in your car while hiking).
Provided : A poncho (rainwear)
ORGANIZER’S LIABILITY
The organizer is entitled to cancel any planned activity or tour if the requested number of participants is not reached or if any circumstance outside control might endanger or stop the appropriate continuity, such as weather, transport, breakdown, strike etc. The amount paid will then be fully reimbursed, excluding any claim for compensation.
PARTICIPANT’S LIABILITY
Cancellation by the participant entails cancellation fees, the amount of which depends on the type of excursion and the moment when cancellation occurs.
CANCELLATION
· More than 24 hours before departure : 50% of the total price will be retained.
· Less than 24 hours before departure : 100% of the total price will be retained.
