RIVERS & WATERFALL ADVENTURE 4X4

DESCRIPTION

This adventure will immerse you in all the magic complexity of the island of Basse-Terre, through its history, its culture and its exceptional environmental heritage, without forgetting, the richness of the Creole garden.

The day will start with routes along the coast, crossing the authentic city of Pointe Noire, leading from the Caribbean Sea.

Admire the typical Creole huts, pass fields of flowers, banana and other fruit plantations, but also cocoa and coffee plantations.

Discover the humid forest, its rivers and its many waterfalls. Take a suspension bridge in the middle of the jungle for a total immersion in the National Park.

Approaching the Soufriere volcano, observe the forest mantle offering countless green hues.

Admire, on the horizon, the islands of Marie Galante, Saintes and Dominica. You will end the morning on black sandy beaches before having a lunch break in a restaurant offering a breathtaking view of the Saintes.

Then visit a former plantation, a real archaeological site.

Stop at a large coffee producer to taste its intense black treasure.

This excursion will take you to the ridges of southern Basse Terre. This is a rare opportunity to see the places that most visitors cannot access. Then go up the coast of the Caribbean Sea to finish the afternoon in the hot Bouillante baths.

ORGANIZER’S LIABILITY

The organizer is entitled to cancel any planned activity or tour if the requested number of participants is not reached or if any circumstance outside control might endanger or stop the appropriate continuity, such as weather, transport, breakdown, strike etc. The amount paid will then be fully reimbursed, excluding any claim for compensation.

PARTICIPANT’S LIABILITY

Cancellation by the participant entails cancellation fees, the amount of which depends on the type of excursion and the moment when cancellation occurs.

CANCELLATION

·       More than 24 hours before departure : 50% of the total price will be retained.

·       Less than 24 hours before departure : 100% of the total price will be retained.
